Our China-based pressure test coupling factory utilizes high-grade materials to meet international standards. For standard applications, we use high-strength carbon steel with Zinc-Nickel coating, providing over 720 hours of salt spray resistance (far exceeding the industry standard). For corrosive environments, we provide Stainless Steel 316Ti options.
We manufacture to ISO 15171-2 standards, ensuring that our couplings are interchangeable with Spradow, Minimess, and Test point brands. This compatibility is crucial for maintenance crews who need to replace parts on Caterpillar or Liebherr machines without searching for proprietary tools.
Utilizing high-performance seals (NBR as standard, Viton/FKM for high temperatures), our couplings operate reliably from -20°C to +120°C, making them suitable for both Siberian oil fields and Middle Eastern deserts.
